This policy covers this website and our email updates. App-specific privacy policies are published separately as each app goes live on the App Store.
This site is a static website. It does not use cookies, analytics, ad trackers, or third-party scripts, and it does not collect personal information. Our hosting provider (Render) may process standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to operate and secure the service.
If you email us directly, we'll use your address only to reply. We don't sell or share it, and you can ask us to delete your messages at any time.

We collect that last group solely so we can demonstrate that you gave us permission. We don't use it for anything else.
To send you occasional emails about our apps — new features, releases, and beta invites.
Your consent. We only email you if you ticked the consent box and then clicked the confirmation link we sent. You can withdraw that consent at any time, and withdrawing it is as easy as giving it: click "unsubscribe" in any email. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
We use EmailOctopus (Three Hearts Digital Ltd, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom) to store our mailing list and send our emails. They act as our data processor under a data processing agreement, and they store subscriber data on servers in Ireland (EU).
We don't sell your email address. We don't rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. Nobody else gets it.
Until you unsubscribe, or until you've gone 24 months without opening any of our emails — whichever comes first. Before we remove an inactive subscriber, we'll send one email asking whether you'd like to stay.
When you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record of the unsubscribe itself so we don't accidentally email you again.

If you're in a region with a data protection authority, you also have the right to complain to them.
Our email updates are for adults. You must be 18 or older to sign up. We don't knowingly collect email addresses from children. If you believe a child has signed up, email privacy@mightyyaklabs.com and we'll delete the record.
Our design default is on-device first: your data stays on your device unless a feature clearly requires otherwise, and we don't use advertising trackers. Each app's specific policy will spell out exactly what (if anything) it collects.
